    Allstar and Ponderosa Swimmers Special Dinner Fri July 1st

    Allstar and Ponderosa Swimmers,
     
    On Friday, July 1st, from 5:00 -7:00 pm, ALL Invitational Swimmers and their families are invited to a free pasta night at the pavillion/pool.  Load up on carbs and get bouyed up by your teammates and coaches before the big weekend. 
     
    Also, be aware that we plan to hold warm-ups at our own Cypresswood Team Pool both mornings before the actual meet warmups.  Coach Jim will announce warmup times at the Thursday's Awards Night.
