Dear Sharks:

One last reminder that registration for the 2014 Cypresswood Sharks Swim Team is today, March 22, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Marge Miller Pavilion (West or Front clubhouse/pool).  NOTE: We will not be at the Clubhouse where we normally have registration, due to another booking at the Clubhouse.   So far, we've had a nice turnout for online registration.  Thank you to everyone that has already registered online.  Before you come, if you haven't already done so, please take the following steps:

1.  Go to www.cwsharks.com;

2.  Click on the flashing box "Online Registration" found to the top right of the screen;

3.  If you are a returning family, please enter your email address used last year in the yellow highlighted area.  All of you information should populate in the forms;

4.  Complete the process and fill out all the swimmer(s) information, select swimmer(s) shirt size(s) and waivers;

5.  Go visit the Shark Store and order your Shark Spirit Shirts, Yard signs, Car Decals, Ribbon Books, Personal Ads, etc.;

6.  Print our receipt;

7.  Print the Code of Conduct and sign it (found on Home page under "Links");

8.  Print the Medical Release/Waiver and sign it (found on Home page under "Links");

9.  Write two separate checks made payable to the Cypresswood Sharks.  The first one should be for the total of your Swimmer(s) Registration(s) Fees plus any apparel purchased through the Shark Store.  The other check should be for your Volunteer Fees/Deposit in the amount of $150.00.  We will have a credit card machine available today and if you would like to use a credit card, please apply the $3.00 service fee found in the Shark Store to your order; and

10.  Please bring everything required with you today.  This will make things much easier for you; however, if you are unable to complete online registration at home, we will have computers available for you and can assist you in the process, if needed.

Also, we will have samples of our apparel listed in the Shark Store today, just in case you aren't sure of your swimmer(s) size(s).  (We can go back in the system and change your size(s), if necessary.)  Lane Four Swim & Sports Shop will be at In Person Registration.  The deadline for swim suit orders is April 10, 2014.   If you cannot make registration today, please go by Lane Four Swim & Sport Shop and have your swimmer(s) fitted for a suit.

Coaches will be there today to answer any questions you may have about swim season, practice times, and they can tell you what will be expected from your swimmer(s).  If you have questions for the Board, all Board Members will be available to answer your questions, as well.  We are looking forward to another great swim season.  If you know of any new families that have recently moved to our neighborhood, or a nearby neighborhood that does not have a swim team, we encourage you to tell them about the Cypresswood Sharks and invite them to our registration.
