Dear Sharks:

We have a very important deadline approaching next week and that is our swim suit deadline.  Our swim suits take 3 weeks to get in, so if you are planning on joining the swim team this year, you must get your suits ordered on or before April 10, 2014, next Thursday.  Also, our late fee registration begins on May 1, 2014, and goes through May 11, 2014, which will be the last day to register for Swim Team.  So far, we've had 141 swimmers register, and we are looking forward to another great season.  If you are planning on registering your child(ren) for swim team, please do so as soon as possible so you can get swim suits and apparel ordered.  Please take the following steps, to get your child(ren) registered:

1.  Go to www.cwsharks.com;

2.  Click on the flashing box "Online Registration" found to the top right of the screen;

3.  If you are a returning family, please enter your email address used last year in the yellow highlighted area.  All of you information should populate in the forms;

4.  Complete the process and fill out all the swimmer(s) information, select swimmer(s) shirt size(s) and waivers;

5.  Go visit the Shark Store and order your Shark Spirit Shirts, Yard signs, Car Decals, Ribbon Books, Personal Ads, etc.;

6.  If you wish to pay by credit card, please be sure and visit the Shark Store and add the $3.00 service fee to your order;

7.  Print your receipt;

8.  Print the Parent Code of Conduct and sign it (found on Home page under "Links");

9.  Print the Medical Release/Waiver and sign it (found on Home page under "Links");

10.  Print the Team Code of Conduct form, sign it, and have your Swimmer(s) sign it (found on Home page under "Links");

11.  If you are paying by check:  We will need two (2) checks please and make  them payable to the Cypresswood Sharks Swim Team.  The first one should be for the total of your Swimmer(s) Registration(s) Fees plus any apparel purchased through the Shark Store.  The other check should be for your Volunteer Fees/Deposit in the amount of $150.00.  Please either mail or drop off your payments and all necessary forms at the Cypresswood Clubhouse and make sure they know they are for swim team.

12.  If you are paying by credit card we have a credit card machine  available and if you would like to use a credit card, please apply the $3.00 service fee found in the Shark Store to your order.  Once you have completed registration, please contact Mark Pizzino to make arrangements to get the charges applied to your card.  He can be reached at [email protected].  You will need to mail all your necessary forms to the clubhouse or drop them off;

13.  Please visit Lane Four Swim  & Sports Shop at 20423 Kuykendahl Rd., Spring TX  77388 to get your swimmer(s) fitted for the team suits.  Pictures of the team suits are on the Links page under "2014 Cypresswood Sharks Pictures of Swim Suits".   The swim shop hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A couple of other reminders!  The Cypresswood subdivision is having their Annual Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow, April 5th starting promptly at 9:30 a.m. at the Cypresswood East Clubhouse and Park at 3705 Cypresswood Drive.  Also, on April 28, 2014, the Sharks after school practice begins and you can find those details by placing your cursor on the Sharks Calendar  and you'll see "Sharks Practice Schedule" below it.
