Hi all,

I am sending this out a a periodic reminder to those who are registered for the 2014 Cypresswood Sharks but have not yet completed payment and turned in the required/signed forms.  Practices will be starting soon (4-28) and we must have the following before your swimmer(s) can participate: signed Parent Code of Conduct, signed Team Code of Conduct, signed Medical Release Waiver, and signed 2014 Scholarship Requirement Acknowledgement (if applicable).  We also need registration/merchandise fees and volunteer deposit checks turned in.

Late registration starts May 1, and all fees not paid by that date will be updated to reflect late registration rates.  This is because registration cannot be marked as complete until payment is received.  Those rates are much higher and do not have multi-swimmer discounts....  It is much less expensive to pay prior to that date!

Please email me at [email protected] to arrange a time to meet up and complete this process.  If you drop off these payments and forms at the clubhouse, let me know and I will swing by and pick those up.  Once I do that I will send a confirmation email to you verifying receipt.
