Hi all,  this is an urgent reminder to those who have registered for the Sharks this summer, but have not yet paid.  I am the treasurer and am in charge of collecting all fees and registration forms.  I wanted to get with you and remind you of a few things:

1. We must have all fees paid and all 3 forms signed and turned in prior to your swimmer(s) participating in any practices or meets (forms are available on the web site)... Practices start MONDAY APRIL 28th!
2. Payments must be received prior to May 1st in order to avoid late registration fees.  The fees due are based on registration fees received dates.  Just being registered does not lock in the fee amount.
3. I can accept cash, checks, or charge cards for registration fees and merchandise, but only checks for the volunteer deposit of $150 (which will not be cashed unless you do not meet volunteer hours requirement by season's end).  Those deposit checks will be returned to you once you meet the hours requirement.

Please do not 'reply all'... just reply directly to me to set up a time/place where I can get with you and collect these forms and payments.  If paying by check, you can also drop off $ and forms at the clubhouse and I will collect them from there every few days.  I collected all checks at the clubhouse as of today.  If you are getting this email, I have not received your forms/fees.
