Dear Parents,

Our Meet Manager/Computer Tech. person will be out of the country for our Time Trials on May 10th and we need to get all our entries in as soon as possible.  If we can get all entries in by this Friday, May 2nd, this will allow him plenty of time to run the reports and heat sheet details for the Time Trials and not be last minute, before he leaves the country.

Also, if you know your swimmer(s) are, or are not, going to be at other meets throughout the season, please go in now and RSVP for each meet on the calendar.  All the Board Members have full-time jobs, so we are trying to make things easier for everyone by using this system and your help is greatly appreciated.  To RSVP for other Meets, go to the Calendar and click on the RSVP link for each Meet date.
