Dear Parents,

We are using this new computer system to gather data from you, for our swim meets.  With this new system, we can gather data on how many parents and swimmers will be attending a meet.  Please do NOT ask a Board Member if you need to RSVP!  Everyone must RSVP now that we are using this system.  Our Meet Manager is leaving the country and we must get this data to him before he leaves.
