Cypresswood Sharks - ACTION REQUIRED!!!!
All,
We have been notified by swim-team.us that NWAL has made changes to the website security and we are one of just a few teams still operating under a SITE Security license. NWAL wants every swim team to go to a USER Security license. What does this mean to you? This will make things a lot easier when you RSVP and sign up to Volunteer, once you follow these steps:
1) You can log in with any email on your parent profile;
2) Use the default password (cw1974);
3) You will be required to change your password once you log in the first time; and
4) You will then have to re-login again with the new password.
If you have trouble logging in, please start by doing the following:
1) Click on Forgot Password first; and
2) Of that doesn’t work, email me at klbradley87@sbcglobal.net.
Also, for a little information about USER Security and SITE Security, see below:
1) USER Security. Requires parents to log in with their own username and password. Their username is their email address and they can manage their own password. This is highly recommended not only for security, but also because it makes Volunteer Management, RSVP and Meet Entry work. In fact, parents will NOT be able to perform online meet entry unless you use User Security.
2) SITE Security. This setting requires only a password that is shared amongst the entire team. It is less secure and the site will not “know” who is logged in.
We know there have been a lot of changes this year while we automate the Cypresswood Sharks. Thank you for your patience.
Kindest regards,
Kelly L. Ebelt
Webmaster for the Cypresswood Sharks Swim Team
