All,

It is imperative that each of you get your RSVP's for the meet in by Tuesday at Noon.  The exchange is Wednesday this week with the other teams and our coaches will be working overtime to ensure we have relays, entries, and so forth in by the needed time.  We are printing heat sheets Wed/Thurs so we need RSVP's for swimmers on time by Tuesday as mentioned. 

There will only be "A" relays at the divisional meet.  This has always been the practice and unless something changes this year than that will be the norm again.  Please let your children know that there will only be one relay per age group.  Please make sure the relays are covered for the end of the meet prior to leaving.  Check with Coach Aubrie to ensure your child will not be needed if you choose to leave after your last event.  Depending on our swims this weekend, we have a good chance of placing well at the divisional meet so waiting until the trophy award could be an exciting moment.  Our relays are always competitive and the swimmers need some cheering from team members.

Also, the volunteer RSVP's are online and awaiting responses.  Many of you have already gone online and we appreciate it.  We will need at least 40+ volunteers from each team to make this a successful meet.  Thanks again and look for updates during the week.
