PACK will be holding clinics designed specifically for Summer League Swimmers, who are not currently members of year-round swimming during June and July.  Please pass this information on to your summer league teams and summer league friends! 

Championship Speed Clinics are being held the week of June 23rd to help swimmers be better prepared for their end of season invitational meets, by working on key elements of each stroke, including starts, turns and finishes.  Each day of the clinic focuses on specific strokes.  There will not be more than 10 swimmers per coach for these Championship Clinics. 

Jump Start Year-Round Clinics  will be held for 3 weeks this year, beginning the week of July 7th.  Get a jump start on year-round swimming by attending our clinics.  Swimmers will be evaluated at the end of the clinic for group placement on the team.  There will not be more than 20 swimmers per coach for these clinics.  Attend at least 1 week of our July Jump Start Clinics and receive $40 off your Annual Team Registration Fee if you join PACK in September!
Swimmers who attend all 3 weeks of July Clinics and receive a free DVD Recording using our 4-Camera Underwater Viewing System.  Swimmer may choose to swim a 100 IM or 2 - 50's of strokes of their choice for the DVD.
