Parents and Swimmers,

As our final day of preparation winds down, we are all excited about divisionals and the end of my emails flooding your inbox.  I have attached the parent anoucement sent from the head team rep for your use tomorrow.  Warm up is at 7:45am as mentioned and for those not wanting to set up outside, an indoor area will be designated for our use but we cannot bring all of our normal stuff into the area with us. 

We are in need of concessions help for tomorrow's meet along with volunteers required and I would hope everyone would pitch in as needed during the day to make this run smoothly.  We always show up and represent Cypresswood with the utmost professionalism and tomorrow should be no exception.  Treat each swimmer (our team and the opposing team) like it is their special day because it is a big day for many of the younger swimmers. 

Thanks for the great season and we look forward to seeing everyone either tonight at 6pm (east pool) for the truck/trailer loading (we need plenty of help with loading and ice runs) or tomorrow at the meet.  Keep in mind it will take roughly 45-50 minutes to drive over to Fry Rd off of Hwy 290.
