If you are receiving this email it is because your total volunteer credits for this past swim season did not meet the 15 minimum criteria.  Based on your total, your deposit checks are scheduled to be deposited in the next week or two.  Please contact myself or Tiffany Lopez if you have circumstances or questions that require consideration.  Any exceptions need to be documented correctly to ensure there are no holds on future registrations.  Any canceled/returned checks and associated fees will be due prior to future registrations unless we have this documentation on file.  That is the only way we can ensure fairness across the board to all Shark Families.  The fees you pay up front only cover coaches/trophies/ribbons and things like that.  As you know, swim team is run by volunteers and involvement by all families is essential for us to be able to hold these swim meets/events for our children.
