Good evening -

I am saddened to announce that Dennis Thompson has decided to step down from his volunteer position as Head Meet Data Entry Clerk. Dennis and Angela have been a cornerstone within the Cypresswood Sharks organization for many years. Dennis's  service and leadership will be greatly missed.  Thank you Dennis for keeping our meets running smoothly and for all the countless hours and years you spent in this volunteer position.

Now we are in need of a new Head Meet Data Entry Clerk.  This is a very demanding but VERY IMPORTANT  volunteer position. This person will be responsible for entering our swimmers into all of the dual, divisional and invitational swim meets, entering any last minute additions or deletions the morning of the swim meet, enter race results, print heat sheets, scribe sheets etc.

Training will be provided well in advance of the summer swim season.

Please give this important need your upmost consideration since our swim meets cannot run without this volunteer position.
