Klein Collins Swim Meet Honoring Emily Hiscock
Good evening Shark family -
Jim Sharp, the Klein Collins Head swim coach and former Cypresswood Shark head coach, is hosting a swim meet at Klein Collins High School on December 13th, 2014 to honor the memory of Emily Hiscock, a former Cypresswood Shark and Varsity swimmer at Klein Collins. Emily was a senior at Klein Collins when she lost her courageous fight against melanoma cancer. Emily touched many lives and inspired us all with her with her warm sense of humor, beautiful smile and her relentless positive attitude throughout her hard fought battle against this disease.
Jim Sharp has invited the Cypresswood Shark Swim Team to participate in this memorial of Emily's legacy along with her Cypresswood Sharks/Klein Collins teammates, family and friends, all of who have committed to being there. The Cypresswood Sharks humbly accepted this invitation and have offered to operate the concession stand during the swim meet. All the proceeds generated by the concession stand will be donated to support organizations studying, researching and fighting melanoma cancer.
If you would like to donate your time and and be a part of this wonderful event honoring Emily's legacy please contact Kenna Swaim at 281-757-9755. Kenna will need a small army of volunteers to man the concession stand and she will be able to provide more details and answer any questions you might have.
Thank you in advance for your generosity. THE SHARKS WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER AND LOVE YOU EMILY!!!

Cypresswood Sharks Board President
