Please be sure to register your swimmer(s) online before coming to the Clubhouse this Saturday.  We will have limited computers for those folks that need assistance with registration. We will be at the east clubhouse from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Things to do before coming on Saturday :

1) Register online!  If your kid(s) swam last year - be sure to enter your email address, in the highlighted area at the starting point of registration, and hit enter.  This will populate all of your swimmer(s) data over from prior swim seasons. You must click on "PAY LATER" (last page) for your swimmer(s) to go active in the system.  Currently, we have 80 swimmers that have registered but only 61 are active.  If you did not do that one step, please go back in the system and follow all the prompts.  Your information has all been saved, just make sure you do that at the very end.

2)  Print out the following forms and have them properly signed by all parents and swimmers:  1) Cypresswood Sharks Swim Team - Code of Conduct; 2) NWAL Code of Conduct; and 3) Authorization to Consent to Treatment of Minor. Brings these with you.

3)  If your swimmer is a Senior in High School, be sure to have them fill out the 2015 Senior Scholarship Requirements Form.  This is good information for all Juniors and their parent, so they can be sure to meet the requirements this year to qualify for the scholarship in 2016.  Once signed, please bring this with you.

4) Please fill out a separate check just for Volunteer Hours made payable to the Cypresswood Sharks Swim Team in the amount of $150.00.

5) Bring your swimmers with you.  We will have Lane Four at the Clubhouse for suit fittings.

Other items:

1)  Coach Aubrie and Coach Cameron will be at registration on Saturday.  If you have questions, please feel free to ask them during registration.  Also, Coach Noah will be a returning Coach, but he will not be at registration due to school.

2)  Marianne Pizzino will have several samples of items that will be offered in our Shark Store.  Please bring your check book.

3)  Don't forget to solicit a Sponsor.  All forms are online under the home page/links.

4)  If you know of someone that recently moved to the neighborhood, see if they are interested in having their kids join the swim team.  You get discounts for every "new" swimmer that your referred to the swim team.
