Dear Shark Family,

We hope you are getting as excited as we are about swim season quickly approaching.  As a reminder, we have a "Mandatory Parent Meeting" on Monday, April 27th at 6:00 p.m. in the Cypresswood Pavilion for all families, new and old.  For those that have not turned in your Registration Forms or Fees, please be sure and bring your forms and fees with you, signed and ready to go, so we can started the meeting promptly.  All swimmer(s) must have forms in by Monday, per NWAL rules, no exceptions.  Swimmers are not allowed on deck without all the release forms.  If you wish to drop them off before Monday, please drop them off at the clubhouse or make arrangements with me to bring them to my home.  On Monday, we will have a table set up for registration forms and fees.

I have attached all the required forms, for your convenience.  Please be sure to print these out before you come.  I will not have a printer available on Monday night.  Also, I have attached the Senior Scholarship Form.  All high school Seniors, that met last year's requirements, must return this form to me on Monday.  If you have a high school Junior, I encourage you and your swimmer to look at what they must complete this year, to be eligible for the scholarship their Senior year.
