Thursday Practice at the Thicket
Good afternoon Shark Family,
I sent out an email yesterday notifying everyone that we were adding a Thursday practice this week to make up for Tuesday. I forgot that the pool deck will be under maintenance until early afternoon Friday. Therefore, we will be holding Thursday's practice at the Thicket swimming pool. The Thicket swimming pool is located at the corner of Coltwood Drive and Mirror Lake.
If you have a teenage swimmer in the Gold group please encourage them to stay after their practice and help with the Nemo group since there will not be any lane ropes in the pool.
Also, I have attached a list with all the swimmers that were at the evaluations on Monday. Look for your swimmer's name in their assigned group and corresponding practice time.
Lastly, I want to thank all the parents, grand-parents and/or guardians for getting their swimmer to practice on Monday and for supporting your swimmer and the Shark Swim team. It was a little crazy on Monday but we made it through and now the big job starts, and that is to train your swimmers to be the best swimmers they can be. I believe we are going to have a great swim season, GO SHARKS!!!!
