Good evening - this is a friendly reminder to RSVP for the mock swim meet this weekend May 9th.  It is very important that your swimmer/s attend this meet in order to establish a recorded time for the strokes your swimmer/s will be entered in the upcoming Dual Meets.  NWAL rules state that each swimmer must have a recorded time prior to the first dual meet, which is May 16th, in order to be eligible to swim in any dual meet, divisional or end of season invitational. No times (NT) and any recorded time from last summer will not be accepted.

I know life happens, so if you cannot attend the mock meet please plan to attend practice next Tuesday, May 12th to have your swimmer timed. 

Also, we are needing volunteers to time and help with concessions this weekend.  Please email Katie Noe at [email protected] if you can help.  The mock meet does last as long as a dual meet so the volunteer shifts will be much shorter than normal.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
