Hi everyone,

If you are receiving this email, it means I have not yet received your payment for fees, volunteer deposit, or merchandise ordered for the 2015 Cypresswood Shark Swim Season.  It has been posted and emailed to you that you had until May 1 to pay fees in order to avoid late fees, however we have postponed that until this Friday to give you all one more chance to make payment.

If fees are not paid by Friday, your child/children will not be able to participate in our time trials on Saturday Morning or practice until fees are cleared.  Without these time trials. they cannot swim in any NWAL meets. 

After Friday, the amounts you owe will automatically change to the late fee amounts posted on our fee schedule.  No exceptions. If you pay Saturday morning, please make checks in the amounts listed on our late fee schedule.

For those that just owe for merch, this is just a reminder.  That can be paid up until the time the merch arrives.

Lastly - I do attend all practices, so please do not wait to see me there.  If you owe, contact me.
