All,

I hope each of you had a wonderful week and great first meet experience.  This week we swim against the Wimbledon Whales. Our sign in time is 7:15am (allows time for changes at computer area) and our warm up time begins at 7:45am.  The meet will start at 8:30am barring any issues.  A map is attached.  The best way to get there is to travel west down Cypresswood and the pool is on the north side of the street (right side if traveling west from our pool).  The pool is roughly 1/2 mile from the Steubner Airline/Cypresswood intersection and before Gringo's.  Parking is to the east side of the pool and/or across the street in the parking lot.  If parking across the street please be careful crossing Cypresswood Dr.

Please make sure that all volunteer positions are filled including timers, scribes and officials.  Away meet volunteers are just as important as our home meets.  Wimbledon does not sell heat sheets but will provide 5 for opposing team.  I would recommend an email be sent to the team including the heat sheet entries for this week.  We don't normally do that but can this week since they don't sell them.  

Lastly, remember to represent our team in the best manner possible.  Good sportsmanship and respect for their team and parents is expected and we almost never have any issues in that area.  I will work with RIch to ensure we have an alternate team rep at the meet since I am not attending due to a family event.  Any issues should be directed to Rich and he can assist with getting all requests to the right person substituting for me.
