Dear Parents,

1.  If you signed your swimmer(s) up for Movie Day, today is the last day to pay.  Crissy Zak will be at all 4 practices today to collect money.  Please see her to get them registered to attend.  Also, don't forget to RSVP what drink order they want in the comments section of the RSVP.  The RSVP for Movie Day is actually on the calendar for June 19th.

2.  All swimmers are invited to swim our Divisional Meet as long as they have participated in at least two regular swim meets and have times for their events.  If they wish to participate, please  RSVP your swimmer(s) for our Divisional Meet ASAP.

3.  By the end of the day, I'll be adding Volunteer positions to the Divisional Meet Volunteer Sign-Up.  Please go check and make sure you are signed up by the end of the week.  We need all hands on deck.

4.  Family Fun Night this week, we will be serving Chick-Fil-A and it will be hosted by the 13-14 year boys and girls age group.  If you have swimmer(s) in that group, please bring cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc.

5.  If your swimmer(s) have qualified for Allstars or Ponderosa, please start communicating with Coach Aubrie, if your swimmer(s) want to participate.

6.  Our Awards Ceremony is coming up soon.  Please be sure to remind your swimmer(s) about our Art T-Shirt contest for the 2016 Swim Season T-Shirt.  The deadline to enter your drawing is June 21st.  This has been a tradition for many years and everyone will get to vote on their favorite design.
