Hello Sharks and Shark Parents,

We are very excited about our divisionals tomorrow at the Klein High School Nat.  The Klein High pool is located off of Louetta right past Steubner Airline.  Once you cross Steubner Airline, turn to the left, South (left from our area) and you will see the Nat (swimming pool) and commons area which is directly on the back of the high school.  Park in the football parking area.  

We need to ensure we are signed in by 7:15am.  Our warmup starts at 7:25am and ends at 7:50am.  We will be warming up in lanes 1-4.  Please look for our coaches.  We can begin entering the commons area at 6am.  We can also set up tonight in the commons if you would like to bring your stuff up.  It will be indoors and locked.  If you come tonight, please be prepared to help set up some things.  We need all the help we can get with set up even though we only have a few tasks.  

Volunteering:  Please make sure we are there for assistance with the meet tomorrow in full force.  We have officials staffed, timers will be needed and scribes will be needed.  We do not have an option in regards to our responsibility for the volunteer positions.  

Lastly, make sure your children are prepared to have a good divisional that they can enjoy and make lasting memories.  Divisionals have always been a time to shine and what many work towards as the season progresses.  The most important thing to remember is that the swimmers are doing their best and will need a high five or hug when done.  Its all about the swimmers so lets make sure they have a great experience tomorrow.  Help both our swimmers and the opposing swimmers when needed with guidance and assistance.  

We are all looking forward to the Cypresswood Sharks representing ourselves with dignity, pride, respect for other teams and most of all being a good sport.  Let's win with dignity and if we lose a race, let's do it with our heads held high.  GO SHARKS!!!!!
