Here is the am timeline as a reminder. 

Circle in, 6:45

Warm ups, 7:00-7:20

Officials meeting (all working), 7:30

Scratch meeting, 7:45

Ready Bench meeting (all shifts),  8:00

Timers & Scribes meeting (all shifts), 8:10

Meet starts, 8:30

I have Divisional tshirts. I will stop by the pool tomorrow about 9:00am. Otherwise, Saturday morning they will be in bags at circle in, or you can message me to pick them up at my house. 

We still need a few volunteers Saturday and for set up tomorrow at 4 at Klein Collins. 

I am trying to keep up with emails, but please, if you need something the next 2 days, send me a text! Especially,  Saturday.  I am the Divisional Rep, so I am in charge of the meet and will not be checking emails.
