MEET LOCATION: Lakewood Residents’ Club 15006 Lakewood Forest Drive Houston, TX 77070 MEET DATE: June 19th, 2021

MEET START TIME: 8:30 AM IMPORTANT NOTE: Lakewood is a (4) lane pool which is just shy of 25 yards. For this reason, all times are converted by 1.044 by meet computers. Results will show converted times. 

PARKING DIRECTIONS: To avoid being towed, it is imperative to follow these directions (refer to attached map for visual): - Parking lot is available at meet location - Additional parking lot is available at “The Woods School”- 15002 Lakewood Forest Drive * On Lakewood Forest Drive – parking is only allowed on the west side of street * On Lakeview Place – parking is only allowed on south side of street * NO PARKING on bridge or within 15 feet in either direction SET-UP INFORMATION: 6:30 AM – Pool gates open Away Team will set up on the grassy area on the west side of the pool which sits between the concession area and meet area as indicated on the attached map labeled in red as “VISITOR SETUP”. 

WARM – UP TIMES: 7:15 AM to 7:45 AM – Lakewood (all lanes) 7:45 AM to 8:15 AM – Visiting Team (all lanes) RESTRICTED AREAS DURING MEET: Kiddie pool, large pool, playground, sand volleyball court, tennis courts and lake access are restricted areas for the duration of the meet. 

RESTROOM FACILITIES: Outdoor restrooms are located behind concession area. 

CONCESSIONS MENU (items subject to change, but representative): * Variety of breakfast items (tacos, kolaches, donuts) * Assortment of chips and candy * Drinks (water, sodas, Gatorade) – No Coffee. Cash Only, No Credit Cards INFORMATION 

REGARDING MEET PROGRAMS: LWF will not print or sell meet programs, therefore, your COM should print a psyche sheet for your team after the merge takes place.
