Good afternoon,

Just wanted to send out a reminder that money is due for movie day by this Wednesday 6/16. If you have RSVP'd, you still need to make your payment or you will  not be included in the ticket purchase. You can do this by going to the sharks website and clicking on online store and then movie day. Here are all the details:

Date: Friday June 18th. Movie starts promptly at 11:00 so we need everyone to arrive at 10:30 to get checked in and get your food and drink orders. Once you sit down, please don't move seats unless the waiter has delivered your concessions to avoid any confusion for them. 
Location: Star Cinema Grill- Springwoods Village 1495 Lake Plaza Dr. Spring, Tx 77389 (near Holzwarth and 99)
Movie: Secret Magic Control Agency, rated TV-Y7, 103 minutes
Price: $5 for just a movie ticket, $6 for just a large drink and large popcorn (ticket not included), $10 for large popcorn, large drink, and candy (ticket not included.) If you have purchased only a movie snack pack, you need to go back to the website and purchase a ticket as well, as the $6 and $10 concessions price does not include a ticket. 
Upon arrival, please check in with me or one of the 2 parent volunteers at the building entrance. Everyone who pre-purchases concessions will receive a wristband so that the waiters know you have already paid and can then take your drink/candy orders. The theater has other concessions available as well, but in order to expedite the ordering process (this theater doesn't have a concession stand, just waiters inside the theater) and to use the group event discount, if you are only getting popcorn, drinks, or candy, it would be best to pre-purchase. Also, if you are still in need of volunteer points, I could use a couple of helpers at check in. Those shifts have been added to the event so you can go and sign up that way.

Also on the agenda for Friday, team picture day! Individual pictures start at 8:00am and team pictures will be at 8:30am. Please wear your team suit (if you have one) with your team shirt over it and bring your order forms and payment.

Moving on, Chipotle at louetta and 45 is hosting a spirit night for the sharks next Monday, June 21st from 5-9pm. You can go in person and mention the sharks or order online and use our special code (see attached flyer) and they will donate 33% of all sales back to the swim team. I am attaching the pdf and jpg flyers for your reference and so that you can use it to share with your friends and family on social media (please!)

Lastly, please turn in all donations from the swim-a-thon by this Friday. You have a few options for this...in person to a board member at practice, family fun night, or picture day; or if you prefer venmo, you can send it to @cypresswoodhsarks and email [email protected] your donation sheet.
