Hello Sharks!

Attached you will find a spreadsheet with every swimmers name and Years on Team. I have to manually input this information every year and don't want to make a mistake. Please check the following information:

1) Spelling of your swimmers name. If I used a nickname in the system and they would rather have their full name let me know, or vise versa. 

2) Years on Team.  This is tricky. if you are a 1st yr swimmer, they are at the bottom of the page.  Any other year, go in order starting with 2nd year. IF your swimmer swam in 2019, we are giving them a covid year for 2020. For instance, a 3rd-year swimmer in 2019, is now a 5th-year swimmer. If you had a 5th-year swimmer in 2018 and they didn't swim in 2019, they are a 6th-year swimmer this season (they don't get the automatic covid credit). We tried to be as fair as possible with this system and didn't want to punish the swimmers who continuously swim every year because we had to cancel the season in 2020.

3) Male or Female. I am 99% I got this right, but just double-check. I had distractions all day while doing this list and just want to be correct for everyone.
