Good afternoon. We wanted to let everyone know that we received notification that one of our swimmers has tested positive for COVID19. We have notified the swimmers from their lane that would have been in direct contact. The exposed swimmers will have the option to wait 5 days and have a COVID19 rapid test or wait 10 days. If they present a negative test or are symptom-free at 10 days they may return to the swim team. Please make note of this as it will be the protocol we use with any future COVID-related issues. 

If your child has a positive test or you know they are exposed please contact Suzanne Rich at 281-380-0791. She is the team's COVID representative. She will then let the swimmers from their lane and the board know. 

Coach Banes will be using a sign-in sheet for practices moving forward. It is important for the swimmers to stay in their assigned lanes. This way we have full knowledge of any exposure possibilities.
