After a week of practice we have reevaluated the practice schedule-here is the new schedule NEMOS and Bronze 1 will be the same time everyday - Thurs/Fri are a little different for Bronze 2/Silver/Gold due to family fun night and preparing for Saturday meets , so please make sure and read the schedule.

NEMOS - there are two practice times now AND we have extended them to 30 min

4 pm - is for red/white - this group will be continuing one on one with a coach

4:30 pm - is for white/blue - this group will be starting in water group instruction (learning how to get through a normal swim practice/circle swimming/using equipment/etc) we will gradually be working towards going farther distances everyday with a coach in the lane

April 26th – May 28th

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday

Nemo Red/White (one-on-one with coach) - 4:00 to 4:30 pm

Nemo White/Blue (small group) – 4:30-5:00 pm

Bronze 1- 5 - 5:30 pm

Bronze 2 - 5:30 - 6:00 pm

Silver - 6:00- 6:45 pm

Gold - 6:45 -7:45 pm

Thursday (Family Fun Night 6-8pm)

Nemo Red/White (one-on-one with coach) - 4:00 to 4:30 pm

Nemo White/Blue (small group) – 4:30- 5:00 pm

Bronze 1/2 - 5 - 5:30 pm

Silver/Gold - 5:30 - 6:00 pm

FUN Fridays (Starts/turns/finishes)
