hey everyone! Practice groups are placed based on my past knowledge of your athlete. If I did not get a response from new 6 and unders they were placed in nemo red. 7 and up new kids were placed in bronze.If you think this is not feasible please email me by 5 pm tomorrow. All Nemo classes are one on one with an adult, bronze will have coaches in the pool but they will not always have an adult with them so they must be comfortable swimming all the way across the pool. Log in to your account and review your profile , it should have the group I assigned your child to.

Groups

Nemo red-afraid of water, will not go under alone, can not float

Nemo white- comfortable to jump in pool to adult, attempts going under and floating

Nemo blue- goes under alone, can float front and back, working on learning free and back

Bronze - can swim across the pool (grabbing rope if needed) working on free and back technique

Silver- learning all 4 strokes typically 11 and up unless they have team experience , perfecting flip turns and competing in the 100’s

Gold- perfecting all 4 strokes, can do flip turns and the IM,  swims club or highschool, all ages, typically swims 25 yards under 25 seconds and swims 50 yards under 35 seconds
