Next Thursday, June 6, our Family Fun Night will support the Cure Sanfilippo Foundation, a non-profit that educates and fundraises money to find a cure for this rare, childhood disease. 100% of the funds earned from dinner, raffle, and the bake sale will go to Cure Sanfilippo. The Byers, one of our amazing swim families, have a son affected by this disease. To learn more about Sanfilippo Syndrome, head over to CureSFF.org/Will or read the attached flyer.

Let’s show our Shark community spirit at our Family Fun Night Summer Picnic and have a great evening together. Here are a few ways in which you can make the night a success:

1. Visit the sign up genius link to:
- Donate food for Family Fun Night (We are hoping to get all food items for our BBQ donated)
- Sign up to bake cookies, bread, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, brownies, cake pops, rice krispy treats, etc. for the bake sale

- Sign up to provide a fancy or uniquely baked item; we will sell $1 raffle tickets for these amazing and tasty treats

- Sign up for a booth to sell your home-made projects, Etsy store items, independent consultant items, etc. We are asking that you donate at least 50% of your profits made that night to CureSFF

2. Donate cash to offset food purchases. This can be gathered at practices or via Venmo. Contact Amber Shah, Nikki Duvall, Melissa Egland or Jillie Gifford with questions or additional items you would like to donate for the raffle.

So, please come on out to our Family Fun Night Shark’s Picnic next Thursday, June 6th. Purchase a dinner, a dessert and some $1 raffle tickets! There will be Will Power merchandise available, and I hear there are swim caps, too! Raffle items include baked goods, swim lessons with a coach, throwing a pie in Coach Miller’s Face, and more!
