Just FYI- when you RSVP for your swimmers there is an option to leave a "note to the coach"!! This note pops up when I am doing the swimmers entries . If your swimmer has an event request, needs to get an invitational time, has to leave early or arrive late (another sport/event), etc...PLEASE leave this in the "note to coach" box. I will try to accommodate event requests but this will not always be possible.
