Welcome back to the 2018 summer season! It was great seeing all of you at registration!! I have loaded each individual swimmers practice group into their information on the website. Please review the attachment by alpha. If you feel your swimmer has been placed incorrectly please email me ASAP so I can make adjustments. I based their placement upon their end of season best times and last years groups. Please consider:

1) If your swimmer has made significant improvement in their strokes since last summer(joined club swimming, school team, private lessons etc) I can adjust their group

2) If your swimmer is new to the team and under 8 years old they have been placed in Nemo-red. This is strictly for a swim test we will be completing the first two days of practice - after this we will adjust their practice group as needed

3) If your swimmer is new to the team and over 9 years old they have been placed in Bronze. We will closely watch them over the first few days of practice, after this we will adjust their practice group as needed

4) All practice groups are fluid - as needed swimmers will be moved up and down for practice - based on their performance in the water

5) NEMOS - explanation for current placement - Red ( are all new team members) White (swimmers back from last year who did not compete in a meet) Blue (working towards freestyle and backstroke completely independently across the pool)

6) High school and gold swimmers are expected to help with the NEMO group from 4-5 pm -currently we have 39 nemo kids which will be split into 2 groups (4-4:30/4:30-5 pm)
